If you are interested in becoming a Network administrator or PC Support Specialist, then our CompTIA sponsored Network+ course could be right up your street. It will help you prepare for the Network+ exam which will give any prospective employer proof that you possess the required technical knowledge and skills to support a network. It also gives you the perfect foundation to build on towards other IT qualifications.
Who should do Network+ course
CompTIA Network+ course is designed to provide network technicians with the foundation-level skills they need to install, operate, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot a corporate network. Our course is geared toward those with approximately nine months experience in network administration and support. The Network+ certification test is intended to test the skills required of a network technician, who needs to know more than an A+ industry novice but is not yet a MCSE/CNE network expert. Before you take this course, we would advise that you should have taken and passed the A+ Certification exam or have the equivalent knowledge and experience in IT. An A+ preparation course is available from Kilroy's College.
Tailored to your individual needs
Our course involves 18 to 24 hours learning time and is designed to equip you with the right skills to perform real work. This preparation course is provided on our unique Skill Builder software which tailors each course to your individual needs. On all our NETg SkillBuilder courses, you can begin by doing a short skills assessment (called a Pre-assessment) which will give you a clearer idea of what you already know. The courseware will then create a learning path tailored to your own needs so you can spend time only on those areas that you have not yet mastered.
Taking the exam
This course is mapped to the CompTia Network+ certification program and prepares learners for exam N10-006. The CompTIA Network+ exam consists of 72 identification and situational multiple-choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes.

Please note that exam fees are additional to course fees and are payable separately to the test centre.
